Before and After - Lenne

Lenne is a character that I've been working on since my earlier years in high school, so I created her in 2006 but didn't actually draw her until late in the year. Since then she has undergone so big changes.

Lenne started out as a loud, outgoing teen, sung in a band and was a rebel. Basically, you're "no nonsense" kind of character but even though she didn't care for people of authority, she loved her friends and (unnamed) family. Her second change came about when I realized that she was a bit mary-sue-ish and decided to make her darker by giving her an "Evanescence" type of feel with tattoos. After a couple of weeks, I realized my mistake and started over. By her third change (current picture on left) I kept the tattoos but took out everything to start over. By this time, I was going through depression and imagined myself onto Lenne. I wanted this made up, fictional character to be my image; to vent, if you will. Three years later and I was able to go back to her and fix her up (current image on right) While she is still a depressing character she does have happier moments in life.


Did this last minute in school to not only show you guys the difference but so that I could also see them!

As you can see there was some changes done to the new outfit that separates it from the original.
